Make annual and monthly training plans for the department according to the company's annual work objectives and work plans 2. Establish and improve the company's training system and management system, set up training database and manage staff training files 3. Responsible for the establishment of store training system. Including but not limited to the development and teaching of training courseware such as marketing, design and business, and regularly updating the content of courseware 4. Responsible for the training of the designated content, the implementation of various policies, and the learning of all kinds of knowledge for the national agent stores 5. Be responsible for the supervision of the transformation of learning achievements in the store, and help the store effectively improve sales performance 6. Responsible for collecting and sorting out all kinds of product information and market research data 7. Be responsible for collecting training needs of all departments and arranging training courses reasonably 8. Be responsible for the specific operation of each training module within the company, and establish cooperation with external training institutions 9. Assist HR administration department to complete staff promotion training, and provide talents for enterprise development 10. Manage and maintain training materials and control training expenses Requirements: 1. MS preferred, 25-35 years old, college degree or above; 2. At least 1 year working experience in home furnishing industry training is preferred; 3. Outgoing, good at communication, able to work under pressure, able to travel, willing to develop with the company. 4. Salary: 5.5k-7k + commission;
